no, it's gona stay for premium. All these kinds of things are premium-specific, cause...well, they're kind enough to support us. That's like asking if we can make the board custom ranks for regular users too. Sorry, not gona happen, I highly doubt it.
I think if it were possable it'd be nice to have that custum log in message for free acounts too, but such is life. If you're like myself and for some reason or other can not aford to upgrade your account there is always Christmas, Chonica(sorry can't spell), Quanza, and or aa birthday to ask for someone to do it for you? Just aa thought.

I really like silly_singer's suggestion. If you have relatives who give you money on your birthdays or Christmas, you can apply that toward the purchase of a premium membership.
